It is My goal to pass on my knowledge to help others become better teachers. We all must work together and learn together. If we do not share, listen and learn from each other , how can we expect the same of our students.
Helping my students bridge their learning gaps with technology has had an immense impact on my students. I also work with teachers and coworkers on bringing technology to their classrooms to engage students as well as support students that may have disabilities or need language accommodations or designated learning supports.

GOalBook
Goalbook is a program that provides a wealth of resources and strategies for teachers to use in their classroom with students, whether it is individual, small group or whole class. Our intervention team guided teachers through the steps of logging into the program, program features, ways to search and access items. Then we provided them with a multitude of samples from the program so they could see how the program could be immediately added into their classroom seamlessly.
Everyday Technology
Presenting our top 5 apps for whole group (1 to 1), top 5 apps for small groups, and top 5 apps for one device. We provided an overview of each app, how it works, and examples of its use in the classroom. We also discussed misconceptions of technology in the classroom. This presentation was given both at the campus level and district level.
Explaining the g’s
An overview of all of the G’s that get presented in a child’s FIE ( Full Individual Evaluation) was provided to each grade level. Each individual G was broken down into what that deficit may look like in a student in their classroom. Teachers were given specific interventions and tools they could use for struggling students pertaining to each specific G (comprehension/ short term memory/ long term memory/ auditory processing/ processing speed/ fluid reasoning/ visual processing), Each teacher was given their Special Education student’s Gs overview. All other teachers were helped with using this information to help them with RTI students.
